You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content obtained from the Services, unless you have obtained our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Content provided on the website is for informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any other warranty that may arise under any applicable law.

Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on 432 Player Plus. If the app isn't what you hoped for, email hi@solfeggiofrequencies.org within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. Note that purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to those platforms' refund policies.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in that state for any actions related to these Terms or your use of the Services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason.
